!NEW! You may now order select items through our Art Fire Store
All orders may be paid with a credit card via Paypal. Your order will not go into production until payment has been received (no exceptions). For local orders in Kitsap County, we require 50% down payment for any orders over 200qty. Otherwise, locally, payment can be made via cash on delivery, money order. We do accept POs from Schools and Church organizations. POs must be paid within 30 days. If you pay with a personal check, expect 7-10 business days before we start your order. Returned checks will incur a $45 return fee along with the check amount and we will no longer do business with you without a valid excuse and proof to back it up!!! Basically...it's best to get a money order. You will ALWAYS receive an invoice with your order and one via email. If you do not receive your invoice or have lost it, we can email one to you at any time.
What is the shipping cost on my buttons?
Shipping cost is calculated based on your location and product quantities. You will receive a postage calculation with your estimate. We ship most of our product via USPS Flat Rate Priority Mail. This cuts down the cost and shipping time for you! For more information on Flat Rate Priority Mail, visit the USPS website.
We do ship to most countries outside the United States. There are some limitations on the mail services in certain countries, so it is best to contact us with your location so we may provide you pricing and availability.
Most orders ship within 2-3 business days from the date of approval. Sometimes a lot sooner. This depends on the production schedule as we run a first approved/first produced timeline. We will email you when your order has been completed and shipped. If you need a rush order or high quantity order, please email us for an estimated shipping date or the cost of a rush order fee. It is recommended that if you order more than 5,000 buttons that you allow at least 1-3 weeks production time from the day of approval.
If our production schedule is backed up during a busy season, we will do our best to keep our website updated with this information, however we may inform you via email of the expected shipping date. PLAY IT SAFE! GIVE YOURSELF PLENTY OF TIME BEFORE YOUR NEEDED "IN HAND" DATE!
Can I get a guarantee on receiving my order by a specific date?
We can only guarantee shipping out your order in a timely manner. USPS runs their own schedules and once it is out of our hands and in theirs, your order runs on their time. Holiday schedules will most likely delay orders. We have not yet had any problems with USPS losing our shipments or delaying them, in fact we've had nothing but good things to say about them which is why we choose them, but if you would like to buy insurance for your order or purchase package tracking, those services ARE available for a fee. Please request these services before you make payment.
What is included in the free setup?
We offer free basic text and basic image manipulation added to your own image or design. This is good for up to 2 images on min of 100 1.25" buttons 5 images on a minimum of 200 1.25" buttons and 2 images on min of 10 2.25" buttons (and products). It is hard to find FREE design service on the web for most production companies. Who'sGotTheButton?com stands out from the rest!
If you need to add your name, website, twitter handle or other social media handle, it is included in the price of orders that meet minimum quantities. Other basic set-up includes, adding a solid background or gradient, blending an image to fit within the circle and match the background color.
You will receive a proof with request for approval within 1-2 business days from the date we receive your design or design instructions. If we cannot provide this service to you within that time, we will let you know. (see production note below)
You may make 1 change to your final design and it must not be drastic changes or a design fee will be charged. Unlimited spelling and gramatical changes allowed until approved. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOUR WORDS ARE SPELL CHECKED BEFORE FINAL APPROVAL!!!
It is recommended that you send high quality images (not from the internet) with at least a 300dpi resolution. Basic text would be something simple such as adding your business website, or a simple quote or statement on your button. For more information, please see our design page.
Is there any difference in price between B&W and Color Buttons?
In order to get you the best print possible, we print all our buttons in color with a professional laserjet printer (even the B&W buttons). For very large quantity orders, we may order 4 color process prints and you will need to design your buttons with CMYK. This is to save money for you! If you would like to print your smaller quantity button orders via CMYK 4 color process, please contact us for an estimate.
How can I design my own buttons?
If you would like to design your own buttons, you will need the following templates and design software such as Photoshop. If you do not have Photoshop, you can download a 30 day trial at the Adobe website.
Templates for Photoshop:
Things to remember when designing your button:
Font Size
The smallest text you want to use will be 6 pt with a font style of something readable like Arial. Thin fonts, fonts with serifs (like Times New Roman) and highly detail fonts are harder to see on small buttons. We will make your buttons with the font size that you send, however it is your assumed responsibility for the readability on your button. We do our best to design your buttons with readable fonts and so should you.
Please Rasterize your font layers as we may not have them loaded in our computers.
Image Quality
Your images must be 300dpi or greater or risk losing image quality. If you design your button with a picture from the internet, please understand that most images online are uploaded with only a 72dpi. This is an example of low resolution
and is meant only for viewing images online. If you have an HDTV, are you going to be hooking up your VHS player to it? I thought not. Find good high quality images for your button orders. We will print what you send us...even if you do take your images from the web, but if your order is blurry, we have no control over this no matter how much polish you put on it.
Saving your files
Save your file as a .psd and make sure it is under 50 MGBs. If you are saving it as a .pdf, .jpg, .tiff, or .png. PLEASE turn off the red and blue circle layers before saving. (Leaving on the black cut line is great and helps us align your work into our program) If you do not turn off the red and blue lines, they will print with your order!!! We cannot fix this. It's best to save a .psd file with all your layers before saving it as an image file, just in case you do something silly like forgetting to turn off those layers. (doh!)
Special Instructions for large quantity orders/CMYK Prints
If you are ordering over 5,000 buttons, please adjust your Photoshop file to CMYK as we will be ordering the prints from a 4 color process business who supplies us with great pricing on high quantity prints. If you would like 4 color process on smaller qty orders, contact us for a quote and please allow extended time for production.
What if I want you to design my buttons?
If you need a logo or have no images or graphics available to your for your buttons, we can design something for you for a $25 design fee. You may make 1 revision on the design, but the revision must not change the initial design or theme. (Spelling or grammar revisions are virtually unlimited until approval.) This design is yours to use for buttons ordered from our website.
If you would like to purchase a logo designed by us to be used on other product, we will send you files needed for your future graphics needs. Please email us for a quote on design work for your own personal use.
Minimums are 50qty on 1" buttons, 25qty on 1.25" buttons, and 10qty on 2.25" buttons and products. For any other qty amounts, a separate fee may be assessed. Please email us for an estimate.
Can I have more than 1 design with my order?
We will allow up to 5 of your own designs for 1" and 1.25" button orders & 2 of your own designs for any 2.25" products. These designs must all be equal amounts. (i.e. 5 designs in a 100qty button order, each design has 20 buttons each.) If you have any special quantity disbursements, a PITB (pain in the butt) fee may be assessed. Please send special instructions if this is the case and we will send you an estimate.

About Dungeons & Dragons Daggerdale:
Daggerdale is an action role playing game set in the deep mythology of the Forgotten Realms. Our game systems are rooted in the 4th edition rules and the moment-to-moment is composed of intense brawling action.
The story revolves around Rezlus, an evil Zhentarim Cleric bent on bringing the power of the Black Lord Bane onto Daggerdale and the rest of Daggerfalls. The players are summoned by a mysterious mage and given the duty of defending their homeland. They face a daunting journey as they scale the Tower of the Void in an effort to stop the evil Rezlus. Players can take on the role of the melee expert Human Fighter, the quick and nimble Elven Rogue, the master of the arcane arts Halfling Wizard, and the powerful divine Dwarven Cleric. Each of these characters has their own playstyle and strategies that players will need to master. The key to success when playing in a party with other adventurers is choosing the right character to compliment the group’s playstyle.
When a player levels their character, they unlock new feats and powers. The powers have 3 tiers, and there is an extensive list of feats that players can use to create a truly unique character. As the player levels, he/she can add additional attribute points to their ability scores, further enhancing the performance of the character. As the players grow in level, the number of weapons, armors and items that he/she can use will grow exponentially. Weapons and armors not only have a functional impact on gameplay, but also help individualize players visually.
Played in solo, local co-op or online with up to 4 players, the game is clocking in in just about 10 hours for the novice player.

Daggerdale combines high intensity “hack n’ slash” action linked together with the micro rewards of looting supported by deep character development and customization. We believe that this is the hallmark of all great action-RPG experiences. Players take quests, defeat hoards of enemies, make allies and develop their abilities as they adventure through the exhilarating world of D&D’s Forgotten Realms.
Combat in Daggerdale is definitely action-based, and players are required to physically “hit” their opponents to control the enemy groups. Of course Daggerdale wouldn’t be an RPG without robust stats, so combat calculations still include attack rolls and defenses. Random dice rolls do come into play, but are used in a way that is more appropriate for an action game. Their effects are limited to the amount of damage reduction they cause for a miss, or for determining the exact amount of damage.
The loot system is designed to be simple for Daggerdale. We did not want to bog players down with too much inventory management so as items are purchased or dropped, they will be easily comparable to equipped items to determine what the better gear is. Gold is shared among players in multiplayer and other loot items are first come, first serve, but players can drop anything to trade with other players .
Dungeons and Dragons at its core is all about social interaction, getting together with friends and playing through a campaign. As fans of Dungeons and Dragons (tabletop role playing) and having competencies in action titles, creating a D&D action RPG was a perfect project for us. Daggerdale lets players play the campaign solo, with a friend locally, as well as online where players can join adventuring parties with up to 4 characters in a group. Players are able to drop in and out as they see fit and the game will change the difficulty scale dynamically
